The Cairngorm Mountain ski area is Scotland’s ultimate winter playground for families, adrenaline junkies, eager first timers and everyone in between. With over 30km of pisted runs, 13 surface lifts, freestyle terrain and on-site equipment rental we truly offer something for all. Located just 11 miles from picturesque Aviemore, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, a visit to this spectacular mountain resort is definitely one for the bucket-list!

Keeping you Safe on the Slopes
We operate a professional full-time Ski Patrol who look after piste safety, piste marking and assistance in the event of any unlikely accident. Our main ski patrol base is located in the Aonach Room (by the Ranger base entrance). Our Ski Patrol only operate within the marked boundary which can be seen on our piste map. If you are venturing outside of the boundary and an incident occurs and you or your companions are injured, you must call for mountain rescue assistance – Dial 999 or 101 and ask for ‘police’ then ‘mountain rescue’. Make sure you stick to the 10 FIS (International Ski and Snowboard Federation) rules for conduct when you are out enjoying the ski area.
