How To Buy Online

You Can Purchase Winter Products Online Via Our Web Shop

Day Passes, Season Passes, and Equipment Rental for winter 2024-2025 will be available for purchase through our online web shop. The web shop has several useful functions including the ability to reload existing keycards so you can beat the queues at the Ticket Office, as well as purchasing products for a group.

How Does It Work

Our web shop is powered by our partner, Skiperformance, a leading e-commerce provider that integrates seamlessly with our access gates for the surface lifts and mountain railway.

The web shop is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices allowing you to purchase products on the go.

If it is your first time using our web shop, or you are having trouble understanding any part of your transaction, we have developed a handy guide to help you through the process which can be found below.

Arriving On The Webshop

Arriving on the web shop you will find all of our available products organised into separate shop tabs.

Simply click on each tab in the navigation to see the list of products available to purchase online.

If you have been given a special code click on the “Promo” tab and enter it to unlock and purchase these products.

It is worth noting that some products, such as afternoon lift passes, cannot be purchased online and are only available to purchase from the resort Ticket Office, when capacity allows.

Adding Your Products

The next step is to add all the products you require into your basket, ensuring you select the correct age category and quantities.

Each product will have a limited availability, which will vary depending on if it is for a specific time slot, a single day, or an entire season. If this is showing “0” then this product is sold out for the specific date/time.

Proceeding To The Checkout

Once you have added all your required products click on your cart in the top right corner.

You will be taken to this page where you can review the contents of your cart before proceeding with the checkout process.

Be sure to double check all the information at this stage as it may cause problems later in the process if the details are not correct.

Configuring Your Products

Now it's time to configure your products

This is where you can assign the passes to your "team" and choose options such as delivery for season passes.

If you are purchasing passes for others, you must add them as a “team” member. These are created by simply clicking “Add New+” and inputting the required information.

For season passes you will be required to upload a clear, passport-style photo for each member of your team that will be printed on your physical pass.

Keycard Options

It is essential for a keycard option to be selected when configuring certain products.

If it is your first time purchasing a season pass, you must add a keycard at this stage. Keycards are free for season pass purchases and your pass will automatically be loaded onto a new one for you.

If you held a season pass with us last year you may already have a keycard registered to your account, if this is the case you can choose to load your new pass onto it. Our team in the Ticket Office can provide a free reprinting service to update your old card.

If you have another keycard (SKIDATA only) you can choose to register this to your Cairngorm Mountain account – when prompted, enter the long number on the back of the card (pictured).

Reviewing Your Order

This is the final stage of your online purchase.

Please review your order details carefully, ensuring all the information is correct as you will be unable to amended it once you have completed the transaction.

Only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted on the web shop. If you would prefer to pay for your pass by other means, such as cash or cheque, then you must visit the Ticket Office and carry out the process with a member of our team.

Next Steps

Now you've completed your transaction you will receive an email confirmation and purchase receipt.

We will be processing and producing season pass orders in a timely manner and ask for your patience during this period.

For those who have chosen to collect passes from the Ticket Office, a member of our team will be on hand 7 days a week throughout November.

For those who have requested that their passes are delivered by post to the address listed on the account, we will aim to dispatch these no later than 7 days prior to the snowsports season commencing, and will confirm via email once this has been done.
