To redeem snowsports and activity gift vouchers

• Your gift voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
• To redeem your voucher, you will need to pre-book your activity.
• Please call our Ticket Office on 01479 861 261 to make a booking. You will need to quote your receipt number, which can be found on your payment confirmation email.

To redeem dining and shopping gift vouchers

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
• To redeem your voucher present your confirmation email with receipt number at any of our cafes, restaurants or shop when you visit us.
• Please note that monetary change cannot be given when using a gift voucher.
