Cairngorm Weekend Update

March 15th, 2019.

Operations

We are hopeful that snow showers will continue over the next few days and combined with our snow making efforts we aim to have around 4-5 tows open and 14-15 runs over the weekend.  

Please note that daily capacity will be restricted compared to normal levels due to the limited access from the Base Station.
The facilities available this weekend will not be suited to the absolute beginner. If you are a learner, you must be able to ride the car park T-bar to access the runs and make the most of the facilities.
The ticket office and ski hire will be open from 8.30am and the café and shop will be open from 9am. The last lift will run at 4.30pm.

Catering
The Storehouse will be serving hot food throughout the day, though please try and stagger lunches to cope with potential demand over the weekend. The Ptarmigan will also be open, but the offering here will be limited to sandwiches, cold drinks and snacks. For those bringing packed lunches the Sheiling will be open.
Daily updates will be shared on our website and also the Cairngorm Mountain Operations posts on Facebook. We hope to welcome many of you over the course of this weekend and beyond back to Cairngorm for some snow sports action.
