What’s On this Autumn

Have a fantastic autumn break in the Cairngorms and enjoy a wide range of things to do at Cairngorm Mountain, just a short drive from Aviemore. During the October school holidays we’ve got lots of activities open most days too!

1. NEW Adventure Ball Runs 

Open every day unless there is severe weather. No pre-booking required, purchase your wooden ball from The Ticket Office.

2. Mountain Carting

Open every weekend and most days during the October school holidays. Pre-booking online is highly recommended.

3. Mountain Bike Park

Open every weekend and most days during the October school holidays. Pre-booking online is highly recommended.

4. Mountain Tubing Park

Open every weekend and most days during the October school holidays. Pre-booking online is highly recommended.

5. Wild Mountain Garden

Open every day unless there is severe weather. No pre-booking required, free entry.

6. Guided Mountain Walk

Our last guided walk of the season is Thursday 10th October. Alternatively find out about a private walk with us.

7. Refuel at the Cairngorm Café

Open every day unless there is severe weather. Cosy up in front of the log fire this Autumn.

8. Visit the Mountain Shop

Open every day unless there is severe weather. Browse unique gifts including Cairngorm Mountain branded clothing and pictures.

9. Stay Over

Open every day up to and including Sunday 3rd November. The Motorhome site closes throughout the winter season. 

10. Don’t Forget the Viewpoints

Enjoy the views from all around the resort including our walking trails, and benches looking down to Loch Morlich and beyond. And we’re dog friendly too!
