Management Update | 2020-21 Season Pass Holders

The CMSL Board met recently and we discussed the situation regarding season pass holders. Given the COVID-pandemic lockdown restrictions, it could be some time before restrictions are lifted and we are allowed to reopen the business. The Board were unanimously in favour of providing a full refund to all current season pass holders – winter 2020/21.

We are arranging to make the necessary refunds to all concerned. Those who paid by card, will all be refunded in the same way by CMSL – e.g. if credit card, you will receive a credit on your account; those paying by BACS, Cheque or Cash a member of staff will contact you to arrange the refund into your bank account.

If we are able to reopen for the remainder of winter snow sports at Cairngorm Mountain, tickets will be available on-line and at the standard rate charge only. We will need to monitor numbers and adhere to social distancing as the health and safety of our colleagues, customers and the local community are uppermost in our minds.
